Can I order products online?
Yes. You can place an order online and we will be in contact with you to discuss the details of your order. There are many different decoration methods and options vary depending on products. We will guide you to ensure you receive the best possible product for your requirements. It is also important to note that some requirements are beyond the capacity of the printing process.

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an email confirming your order that includes an order number and final amount payable. We assign one contact person to liaise with you for the whole process including finalising artwork, invoice payment, production and when your order is ready for dispatch.

How much do you charge for freight?
We have a flat rate of $25 (+GST) per order that applies to standard road freight per consignment for delivery throughout the Australia Post network. We can do express post in some instances if your order is urgent and you will be invoiced for the full cost of express freight.

Can I order a lower quantity than shown?
Yes. In some instances we are able to offer lower quantities. Please call or email us to discuss.

Can I order a higher quantity than shown?
Yes. Our quantities are set to allow us to price products competitively. If your requirements are for a higher volume, Promo Print Direct will tailor a price and service for you.

Will I get to see artwork before you print?
Yes. You must approve all final artwork before we will commence production. You will receive a copy via email with an option to either approve or to make changes to your artwork.

What is your reprint policy?
During any manufacturing or print process, errors can and do occur. In the unlikely event of this happening, notification must be given within 30 days of delivery. Any claims will not be recognised after this time. All faulty products will be replaced at our cost and credit is not available.

What are your payment options?
We require full payment for your order once you have approved the job and before we go into production. You will receive a tax invoice for payment after you have approved your job. Promo Print Direct accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and direct Bank Transfer as payment. Please see our Terms of Trade for more information. Promo Print Direct does not charge credit card fees.

What are your order delivery times?
Promo Print Direct is a factory with production lines going all the time. Our turnaround time is quick once the artwork has been approved. We schedule jobs around orders and ‘gang’ print where possible to keep our prices low. Our average turnaround time is approximately 10 – 14 working days.

If you need a job done for a special occasion or specific date or event, let us know. If we are unable to meet the job dispatch date, we will not accept the order.

Do you carry products not shown on your website?
Promo Print Direct can do a vast range of products that are not advertised, however most of the core products shown here are the ones that we manufacture ourselves and can therefore guarantee the quality and keep the prices low. These are also the product lines that have been proven time and time again to work well. We are also able to manufacture and print different sizes and different colours than those stipulated. We are happy to provide quotes for genuine enquiries.
